We take great care in packing every order. Each package is thoughtfully prepared by Devan herself to ensure it arrives safely and on time.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders of $200 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Order total must be $200+ after all discounts and promo codes are applied. All economy domestic shipments are fulfilled via UPS Ground or the United States Postal Service (USPS).

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@devangregori.com and we will do our best to help locate it. If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered, please reach out to your mail carrier for assistance (packages are occasionally scanned before actual delivery—please allow 1–2 days for final confirmation). Once a package has been delivered to the address provided, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

If my order is under $200, how much is shipping?

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.95 for standard domestic orders under $100 within the United States.

How long do domestic shipping methods take?

We ship domestically from Oakland, CA on business days (Monday–Friday). Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise specified. Delivery time varies by destination and does not include weekends or public holidays.

  • Free standard shipping on domestic orders: 2–10 business days.
  • UPS Ground (Signature Required — a more secure option to protect against theft or loss): 2–10 business days. $19.95
  • Domestic Flat Rate: 2–5 business days. $8.95
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and PO boxes may take 5–10 business days.

Please note that processing and delivery times may be slightly extended during promotional periods due to higher order volume.

Do you require a signature for deliveries?

Our free standard shipping and flat-rate domestic shipping options do not require a signature upon delivery. If you are concerned about package security or the possibility of theft, we recommend selecting the ‘UPS – Signature Required’ option. By choosing a delivery method without signature confirmation, the customer assumes responsibility for any lost or stolen packages.

How long before my order ships?

Once your payment is authorized, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Where is my order?

After your order ships, you will receive a follow-up email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website after the label is created. Devan Gregori Studio is not responsible for shipping delays resulting from weather, carrier issues, or other uncontrollable events. For detailed updates on delivery timing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via DHL and can be tracked with a DHL tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days to receive tracking information.

We are closely monitoring shipping conditions during Covid-19 to ensure safe international delivery. Due to updated border protocols and increased carrier volume, international shipments—including those to Canada—may experience longer transit times. We recommend contacting DHL for the most accurate delivery estimates.

Duties and taxes are determined by your country’s customs authority. We do not cover customs fees or import duties; these are charged once your order reaches your country. The carrier will contact you directly for payment upon customs clearance. Devan Gregori Studio is not responsible for these charges. Because customs policies vary significantly, we cannot estimate these costs. For more details, please contact your local customs office.

If you choose not to pay the required customs or duties, your shipment will be considered “abandoned,” and no refund will be issued.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Online orders may only be cancelled within the first 60 minutes after being placed. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at hello@devangregori.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. After 60 minutes, orders cannot be cancelled because fulfillment has begun. If you decide not to keep your items after receiving your shipment, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
